The canine, believed to be only four months old, was unable to move due to fear and poor health, symptoms similar to rigor mortis. Pascal lost hearing in one of his ears as a result of the severity of the violence he endured. He was discovered near an industrial estate in Istanbul, Turkey, and is being cared for by the charity He’Art of Rescue. Due to fear and poor health, he could barely move, exhibiting symptoms akin to rigor mortis. Children had applied so much glue to him that it had the consistency of cement, and one of his ears became necrotic from lack of circulation.
