My heart was totally melted when I hold Cozy on my hands! she was so emaciated, just like a bag of bones 1000+ fleas on her hair, which is partly dropped off, there is NO muscle on her body, she couldn’t walk, but people had shooed her a way due to her bad look, she kept ran and hide until a lady took her to our shelter.
Cozy was scared, but she never fought back, dirty hair can you image how hard to carry it for a while, her blood test is bad, her sugar level is extreme low, that usually happens when puppy starved for weeks, put Cozy in temporary box before treatment tomorrow, the next day, she got blood transfusion and sugar boost.
luckily she took it very well, also shaved her dirty hair off, put some clothes on to keep her warm, Cozy improved very good after 2 weeks in our shelter. She gained weight in positive way, also got her new beautiful hair, got adopted after 4 months in our shelter, making new friend in her forever love home. It’s our pleasure to see how beautiful of Cozy now.
