He abandoned the dog in a swamp after discovering a brain tumor. He needs a new place.
As soon as the rescuer arrived to assess the situation, she realized that the canine had not only been abandoned there, but that he was also gravely ill.
They decided swiftly to take the canine in and move him to the nearest shelter where he can be cared for. They gave shim the name iron due to his determination to survive.
As soon as iron was introduced, a series of tests were initiated to determine whether he was afflicted with any other diseases while awaiting the results.
The physician and his colleagues began to wash him and observed that he had a weakened body and little vigor in his legs; he was also not responding as he should have been.
“The doctor warned us that they were not good for him; he was infested with maggots and had a tumor in his brain that could be fatal.”
Magnets were removed from his body immediately upon the commencement of his operation. The removal of maggots was simple, but removing the brain tumor was difficult because the surgery had a low success rate and Iron’s body was already weakened by malnutrition and parasites.
The good news is that iron survived, but the bad news is that he will never see again. His strong will to survive allowed him to live, but he will be blind for the remainder of his life.
Iron has been released from the infirmary, but he has no place to go; he has neither a home nor a safe haven. Iron has only recently regained the ability to walk; he has dreadful joints and is in a great deal of pain; he requires warming care and medications; he is in need of a family or a home where he can spend his golden years and be cared for.
Please contact The Rescuer if any family in Europe is willing to assist with ironing.
