Can I Bring Dogs into Shopping Centers?
- Country Club Plaza: Dogs are welcome to stroll around the shopping center. The Plaza is a highly dog-friendly place to hang out, with many dog-friendly stores in KC having a location here. Plus, in the summer, several stores even put out water bowls for your pets’ refreshment.
- Zona Rosa: Dogs are allowed on a leash as long as they are friendly and well-mannered.
- Oak Park Mall: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside Oak Park Mall, except for service dogs.
- Crown Center: Only service dogs are allowed inside the shopping center.
- Independence Center: Dogs are not allowed inside Independence Center, even if some stores may permit them. Only service dogs are allowed.
- Legends Shopping Center: You can walk your pets on a leash around the Legends Shopping Center. However, not all stores at the Legends Outlets are pet-friendly, so be sure to check the list above.
- Summit Fair: Dogs are permitted on leashes in the common grounds of Summit Fair. However, not all stores there are pet-friendly, so please refer to the aforementioned list.
- Town Center Plaza & Park Place: Dogs on a leash are welcome to walk around Town Center Plaza and Park Place. However, not all stores at these locations are pet-friendly, so be sure to check the list provided.
