Pit Bulls Who Clung to Each Other at Shelter Finally Find Forever Home Together
Two pit bulls named Jukebox and Agatha found their forever home together after forming an inseparable bond at the Pima Animal Care Center in Tuscon, Arizona.
Jukebox arrived at the shelter first and a month later, Agatha was brought in after her owners had to give her up. The two pups were sad, anxious, and lonely, but after meeting each other in a playgroup at the shelter, they quickly realized that they were meant to be together.
Living at a shelter can be stressful for some dogs, but Jukebox and Agatha found comfort and strength in each other. The shelter staff recognized the extent of their bond and knew that separating them was not an option.
However, finding a family willing to adopt two dogs at once can be difficult, especially for pit bulls who often face breed discrimination. In an effort to help their chances, the shelter featured the bonded pair on their Facebook page, and the post went viral.
Despite their Facebook fame, it was still a challenge to find the perfect family for Jukebox and Agatha, but after a few weeks, Erin and Ubaldo decided that the two dogs would be a perfect addition to their family. Now, the lovable duo has settled into their new home and brings joy and happiness to their new family.
They will never have to be scared or lonely again and know that they will always be together to share many more adventures. Their story is a heartwarming reminder of the powerful bond between dogs and the importance of giving them a chance to find their forever home.
