Dog Found Alone with Plastic Bag Full of Puppies in the Middle of Nowhere

Paul Skinner was enjoying a leisurely bike ride one day when he stumbled upon a mother spaniel in complete despair. The dog’s eyes were filled with tears, and she seemed to be in great distress. As he approached her, he made a shocking discovery: the mother was holding a garbage bag containing the remains of her deceased puppies. This tragedy occurred in Midville, Lincolnshire, where a 3-year-old dog named Carly was found carrying a plastic bag filled with the remains of her puppies.

Skinner and his friends searched for the owner, but found no one. Instead, they saw the dog licking the fish and chips carrier bag that held her dead puppies. Skinner was appalled that someone could commit such a heartless act. He immediately reported the incident to the police, RSPCA, and Greyhound Sanctuary, who arrived to help the grieving mother.

According to PCSO Mick Fern, kennel manager at Fen Bank Greyhound Sanctuary, the veterinarian believes the puppies were born alive and that the mother was left to fend for herself for so long that the puppies eventually died.

As a Tory councillor for Boston Borough Council, Mr Skinner was the one who discovered the mother and her puppies, which had been hidden away in a fish and chip shop bag. This is a tragic reminder of the cruelty that some animals face and serves as a call to action for everyone to be vigilant and report any cases of animal abuse or neglect.
